Northlands Shopping Centre is one of the South Islands' largest malls and has been servicing its Canterbury catchment for over 50 years.

Underpinned by four major tenants and more than 100 speciality tenants (of which 93% are nationally branded tenants), Northlands Shopping Centre can draw from a strong demographic of more than 300,000 customers within a 15-minute drive. The mall offers a full range of supermarkets, bulk retail, entertainment, fashion, giftware, services, and convenience and is anchored by Countdown, Farmers, The Warehouse and Hoyts.

In 2018, the Centre underwent major refurbishment works at a cost of $23 million to create a new dining precinct known as Langdons Quarter. Located below the cinema complex, Langdons Quarter provides an attractive modern dining precinct for mall and cinema patrons.
