At Mackersy Property, we’re proud to be one of New Zealand’s leading property investment management companies. We manage a diverse portfolio of syndicated and privately-owned commercial properties across the country, and we’re looking for a new team member to join our Tauranga office.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of commercial properties across the Bay of Plenty, Hamilton, and parts of the South Island. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, and your ability to build strong relationships and think on your feet will be key.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactive day-to-day management of commercial property operations
• Building strong tenant relationships, including lease negotiations, renewals, interpretation and dispute resolution
• Collaborating with Facilities Managers to ensure assets are well maintained
• Preparing budgets and financial reports in partnership with our finance team
• Working closely with Asset Managers to align property performance with strategic goals
• Regular reporting on property activity and performance
