Secondary Market: How to Sell

If you want to sell your holdings in an investment fund you hold with Mackersy Property, the below steps will explain how you can do that on the Investor Portal.

1. When you are logged into the portal, click into the ‘Portfolio’ tab on the top navigation bar.

2. Select the investment fund you are wanting to sell your holdings in:

3. You then want to select the 'Sell' button found in the top right.

4. This will then bring a pop up box and will have the current estimated unit price based on the NAV.
a. You want to then select your asking price per unit by either typing in an amount or using the +/- buttons;
b. And then how many of your units you wish to list for sale.

*The order value, fees and net proceeds are all pre-populated from the above fields. 

**Mackersy Property charges an administration fee of 1% of the transaction value. This fee is payable by the vendor. 

5. You then want to click review sell order.

6. You will then be shown an overview of your sell order which you can either edit or confirm.

7. Once confirmed, you will see a notification on your screen and your sell order will come through to one of the investor relations team members who will review and be in touch with you to discuss the next steps to ensure this is in accordance with the governing documents.
