The Opportunity
Are you an experienced administrator who thrives on ticking things off the list, keeping everything running smoothly, and making sure no detail is missed? Mackersy Property is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Investor Relations Administrator to join our high-performing team in Tauranga on a 12 month fixed-term maternity cover contract.

We’re after someone who’s not just good at admin – but great at it. You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a busy corporate office environment
• A love for systems, structure, and getting through high volumes of work with precision
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• A positive, team-focused attitude, a strong work ethic, and a natural flair for customer service
