The Opportunity
Mackersy Property are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join the business in either Tauranga, Auckland, Christchurch or Queenstown.

We are a leading commercial property investment and management firm with a proven track record of delivering high-performing, long-term investment opportunities across New Zealand. As we expand our pipeline of investment-grade commercial property projects, we are seeking an experienced and connected Investor Relations Manager to drive and facilitate equity raising efforts from wholesale and sophisticated investors nationwide.

What We’re Looking For
The Investor Relations Manager will play a critical role in securing equity capital, primarily from wholesale investors to fund both new acquisitions and existing property syndicates. It is preferable for you to have a successful track record in equity raising, building strong relationships, financial markets experience with an understanding of commercial property. You will have sound commercial acumen and ideally have a network of wholesale investors with the ability to connect and engage with HNWIs, family offices, wealth managers and institutional advisors. On offer is the ability to drive and facilitate the equity raising process for new and existing investments whilst increasing market exposure for Mackersy throughout New Zealand targeting growth sectors.
