It was a sunny day in the Garden City for Countdown’s Christchurch Fresh Distribution Centre celebration event.
The to-be-built Distribution Centre, which forms part of the Mackersy Property investment portfolio, is an 11,000sqm state of the art, temperature controlled facility which will help to ensure Countdown growers’ fresh fruit and vegetables remain at their best throughout the supply chain and into stores.
Our Director of Investment and Transactions, Adam Copland had the opportunity to smooth out the concrete from the first pour on behalf of Mackersy Property.
Many thanks to Countdown Supermarkets for having us, and a big congratulations to the whole project team for getting this exciting build underway.
