The Opportunity

Based in Frankton, Queenstown, you’ll directly contribute to research, analysis, due diligence, transaction execution and strategic asset decisions across our diverse commercial property portfolio. You’ll engage with brokers, consultants, legal advisors, developers and investment partners and work alongside our Investor Relations team to communicate opportunities and insights to our investor network.

What you'll do:

  • Drive the sourcing, research, analysis and financial modelling of new acquisition opportunities.
  • Support end-to-end transaction management, including due diligence, advisor coordination, document review and negotiation preparation.
  • Contribute to planning and executing asset divestments.
  • Provide analytical insights to asset management initiatives such as feasibility assessments, design reviews, construction cost analysis and value-add strategies.
  • Prepare compelling investment proposals, board reports and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with our Investor Relations team to deliver high-quality investor updates and communications.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders including legal advisors, valuers, brokers, quantity surveyors, engineers and development partners.
  • Keep a close eye on market movements, regulatory updates and sector trends that shape our investment strategy.



Key Skills and Experience:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in property investment, corporate finance, law, development, valuation or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgement and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can build trusted internal and external relationships.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • REAA Licence (or eligibility to obtain).
  • CFA/CFANZ or similar financial accreditation (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, law, property, finance, engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • Preferred postgraduate qualification (e.g., Master of Property, Master of Finance, MBA, LLM).
