The Opportunity

What you'll do:
- Drive the sourcing, research, analysis and financial modelling of new acquisition opportunities.
- Support end-to-end transaction management, including due diligence, advisor coordination, document review and negotiation preparation.
- Contribute to planning and executing asset divestments.
- Provide analytical insights to asset management initiatives such as feasibility assessments, design reviews, construction cost analysis and value-add strategies.
- Prepare compelling investment proposals, board reports and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with our Investor Relations team to deliver high-quality investor updates and communications.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders including legal advisors, valuers, brokers, quantity surveyors, engineers and development partners.
- Keep a close eye on market movements, regulatory updates and sector trends that shape our investment strategy.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience in property investment, corporate finance, law, development, valuation or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, sound judgement and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who can build trusted internal and external relationships.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- REAA Licence (or eligibility to obtain).
- CFA/CFANZ or similar financial accreditation (or eligibility to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, law, property, finance, engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Preferred postgraduate qualification (e.g., Master of Property, Master of Finance, MBA, LLM).
