Question & Definitions

  • The new online portal offers an improved investor experience. You’ll be able to access your account to view your current investment portfolio, invest in new offers, and update your details online.

Rest assured, your data will be securely stored in accordance with internationally recognised data and security protection management systems, which are audited annually.

    The new portal will mean:

    • You will have access to your personal details, investments you’ve committed to, and your monthly distribution payments.
    • Easy access to an investment's key metrics, including unit price, value, NAV (net adjusted value), occupancy, WALT and gearing, which will be updated annually.
    • All new offers will be promoted through the portal with access to the data specific to that investment. You will also be able to apply for an allocation of units online without the need to print, sign, scan, and email applications back.
    • Automated emails will flow back to you when you register units, pay funds and when units are allocated. This will keep you informed along the investment journey.
    • Security. Storing your data and completing your documentation online means less manual email, scanning and photocopying transfer of important information. Your data is stored in accordance with ISO27001 compliance standards with hardened web security and encryption, and all access to your data is recorded and audited.
    • Further work on access to a secondary trade platform will be available in time.
