The Opportunity

Reporting to the Investor Relations Team Leader, we are seeking a seasoned administration professional with a proven track record of excellence.

Proficient with previous experience in a corporate office environment, you’ll be adept at managing busy workloads with ease and finesse. Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount to this role as is the ability to grasp new software and systems quickly.

A confident communicator, you’ll enjoy helping our valued clients with queries and assisting them with completing applications and supporting documentation.

Skills and Experience

Excellent communication and relationship management skills – Customer service or experience in building successful stakeholder relationships is advantageous.

A team player who enjoys a collaborative and challenging environment – you’ll be working in a close-knit team with shared values, who are determined and passionate to succeed.

Our successful candidate will have 5+ years administration experience with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
