Team Awards 2025

Each year we present awards to acknowledge the exceptional commitment to the Mackersy Property values of integrity, innovation and collaboration made by our team. 

Finance Associate, Annemarie Mizen has been named Rookie of the Year for 2025. This award recognises a new starter at Mackersy Property who has added considerable value and made a positive impact on the company for both our team and investors. Annemarie has been a great addition to our team. She is a real team player, always volunteering to help and is a great contributor.

Mackersy Property's MVP 2025 Award rightfully goes to Accountant - Property & Asset, Hannah Butt. Hannah has poured incredible effort and time into her work while balancing life as a mum, truly demonstrating remarkable strength and dedication to Mackersy Property. She has taken charge of complex strategic projects, kept everyone on track, and shown herself to be an absolute powerhouse, making her thoroughly deserving of this award.

The "Stepping Up" Award 2025 is awarded to Investor Relations Administrator, Jessica Bailey. Jess is an incredible asset to the Investor Relations team, taking every challenge in her stride and building great relationships with our investors. Even right up until her last day before parental leave, she showed up with a smile, unwavering commitment, and a willingness to step up wherever needed. She’s grown hugely in her role, supported new team members with genuine ownership, and her dedication and positive attitude make her truly deserving of this award.

Team of the Year 2025 was awarded to our Property Management Team. The Property Management team are the quiet achievers of the business - consistently delivering exceptional work, supporting one another, and meeting huge demands with dedication, camaraderie and professionalism. Under compassionate and committed leadership, they’ve grown into a cohesive, high‑performing group, each contributing to a culture built on accountability, collaboration and excellence.
