A Wholesale Investor is a person (or persons, trust or business) who can demonstrate a good understanding of financial products and how they operate including an assessment of the benefits and risks or meet certain asset or turnover thresholds. Mackersy Property must also complete due diligence on all investors in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act (AML-CFT) 2009. This means we are obliged to collect certified documents to prove identification, address and source of wealth.
Mackersy Property investment opportunities are open to non-New Zealand residents but in each case Mackersy Property will give consideration to the rules and regulations pertaining to overseas investment under the Overseas Investment Act 2005.
